I live in South London and work as a professional actor. I began acting professionally in the UK after a career switch from Sales and Marketing, completing a three-year degree course in acting at Guildford. I have appeared both in the West End and at the National theatre, as well as many other productions. In between acting jobs, I tend to work in temporary assignments which may be office-based, such as with the civil service or in PR work, arranging events. I am a keen photographer, reader and fitness enthusiast. My future plans are centred on getting into Drama Therapy to work with disadvantaged adults and those with learning disabilities. View

Other Experience
As an actor, I have done several workshops. I have also taught drama to children for a period of two years at the Centre Stage drama school. I have helped organise and run team-building days for Barclays Bank away days. I have a long employment history working in sales and promotional work and feel very confident and capable in dealing with the public in that capacity.

Portal Content Entry – PA Consulting Group, Victoria, London (April / May). This was a fixed-period contract. Using XML and Macromedia Fireworks (to edit images), content for mobile phone advertisements was uploaded and transferred to several handsets for a business trial prior to a regionalized campaign. Working alone but reporting to the project manager, this task required an ability to combine creative skills with excellent IT knowledge, working under pressure while adapting to frequently changing requirements and meeting a tight deadline.
