I am a confident and bubbly person who thrives on a challenge. I like to understand the detail of an activity before commencing it, so that I am fully aware of what the objectives are and my role in achieving these. I will always give 100% to an activity and have always reached any targets that have been set (exceeding them in most, if not all cases). I am tenacious and will never give up, regardless of any obstacles that I may be faced with. Having a yard of competition horses, I am not a fair weather employee and have regularly been the team leader who has had to get the other members enthused to complete a task, even in the most testing of conditions.
