I have worked in the Events Industry since 2005 and have been a freelance Events Manager since 2006 working in the UK and also abroad. I am a very outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated and creative person with a wide range of experience in the Events Management and Promotions industry including working as an Operations Manager for a major Promotions Company. Using my extensive skills, knowledge and experience of this industry I am able to deliver the highest standard of client service, whilst ensuring all expectations are exceeded and all business objectives are met. My extensive client portfolio includes experience in events, conferences, festivals, promotions, sales, marketing and hostess work. Clients have included corporate, blue chip, large consumer brands and also new brand and services. Worked as an Operations Manager for a major Promotions company for 1 year. Based at Birmingham airport my role was to provide sales and promotional staff to the duty free store. Role included recruitment, shift planning, client relations, gaining new clients and contracts, training staff, reports and feedback, performance analysis.
