I have assisted in organising and managing the half way stop for the london to brighton bike ride for 6 years, including setting up, overseeing the sales and stock and closing down after. This was raising money for the British Heart Foundation. I have also organised events in the pub that i was the Manager including, Halloween, Christmas and charity events. As an Overseas Holiday Rep i also am responsible for helping to organise and carry out all of the events that we offer to our guests.

I have dressed up and performed in many on stage shows and Galas with ameture dramatics groups and dance schools. I have also taken part in a Halloween campaign for Mars, dressing as a witch and making crafts with children in store. I have also dressed up as Cinderella for a charity event for Virgin Holidays for disabled and disadvantaged children. This summer my team in Zante also held a charity Christmas Party in Summer for the Family Holiday Assosciation where we raised nearly £4000.

When my guests from the summer holidays go home they are provided with questionaires to fill out about their holiday. We are targeted highly and these are used to provide us with our results for the brochures and personal targets. We also used Cards during their holidays to collect their personal info for the comapany, usually turning in around 200 a week using an incentive for the customers. I also assisted the Lambert an Butler team who used to work with my hotel to collect informtion for their databases about smokers etc.

I worked on a promotion for Carte D'or at 2 music festivals for their new flavour launch. This entailed offering information and samples of the new product to the attendees of the show and providing customers with money off vouchers.

`Working on various evens recently I have been TL/EM on a awareness event for Virgin Media working in the field talking to customers and ensuring they visit the store using the hook provided. I have also been heading up a number of stores that required re-merchandising for anything between 1 and 70 mods managing a team of between 2 and 15 merchandisers working overnight to a strict floor plan, planograms and timeframe, ensuring all work is carried out and in charge of all the planning, delegating and reporting for these stores.

I have worked in hospitality for many years starting in a guest house and working overseas as a youth Rep within a hotel. I assisted with checking the guests in and generally being their first point of contact. I also had to sell the products/events and deal with any complaints. A big part of my job role was customer service and organising events for the guests to enhance their holiday experince.I also have my Passport Into Travel qualification from British Airways. I was also awarded HA of the season in 2010 and best CSQ 2011.

Sensodine and Polygrip sampling campaign that ran instore at Boots alonside their clubcard points campaign. I was assisting the store with their event as well as incorporating my samples and information as it was an 'over 50's' targeted event.

I worked with Superdrug on their Stop Smoking Campaign handing out information and leaflets on the NHS stop smoking assistance.

I have worked with MG Promotions on the Woman & Home/Dawn French promotion with Tesco. Within this campaign i had to set up FSDU in selected Tesco stores in a visible location and fill with said merchandise, then report on the stock/availability of merchandise. I was also required to take photos of each fully merchandised FSDU for reporting and label correctly. Within this role i was required to liase with staff and senior staff to determin where was the most suitable location for the FSDU and gain the stock that i required.

I have attended a couple of modelling shoots to build a portfolio. I am very intersested in building on this experience and am looking into advertising, commercial and fashion.

I have worked on a couple of small assignments within local bars and pubs checking prices, product satisfaction and customer service.

In my job role as a 2wentys Youth Rep i am expected to be very customer focused. We were required every arrival day to perform a presentation to all new guests. This was always very lively and included a qualifier which ensured the continued attention of the target audience. We also had to organise and carry out various events throught the week which required much presentation.

I am currently working on the Sainsburys Halloween Roadshow with Mars. This involves setting up our station with POS and the kit provided and engaging with customers in store to sample funsize Mars and Milky Way with their children. We also run a facepainting and crafts activity in which we engage with the children and give them a 'fun 5minute experience'. Alongside this we are capturing the general feedback of the consumer and reporting whilst encouraging the consumer to post using the '#HASHTAG' about the event.

I have experience in shop, resturant and bar sales and management, up to very high sales targets in the travel industry. Being a rep our targets are very high and generate a huge profit for the company. Mainly i had to asses the target audience and sell the products appropriate for them. Also upselling and aftersales. We also had to sell the Reunion. We had to sell the weekend, give all the features and benefits and close them at the right time to gain the deposit. These targets are also very very high.

Most recently I have done campaigns for Batiste and Mars in busy city centres and stores. I have done a sampling event for Carte D'or at 2 music events, promoting their new product and provide the customers with samples to encourage purchase. I have also worked on an o2 campaign sampling and promoting their 'your country' international sim cards at Gatwick Airport.

I have been acting all my life in amature dramatics and stage shows, dance galas and charity events for virgin holidays and family holiday association. it is a huge passion of mine and i do aspire to continue.

I have worked behind a bar part and full time since 2007, and my current full time roll as Manageress at the same venue. I also hold a personal licence.

I have had a full licence for 6 years and am a confident driver.

I am very confident using a computer with all aspects of microsoft and presentations, to email and web search and creation.

I am very artistic and am a fairly talented sketch and painter. a hobby since a very young age.

I have my basic first aid certificates from St Johns ambulance and college, and am confident with most basic first aid instances.

I have always been a confident public speaker due to shows that i have done in the past, and spend most days during my youth repping season providing welcome meeting for all new arrivals and speaking on the microphone at events ensuring that i set the atmosphere of the night along with instructing and running games during events.

I have been dancing for many years in dance schools such as Silver Ribbons and Whiteside school of dance. I have also danced in Galas at Her Majesty's Theatre and Queens Theatre in London. I have also danced at Pineapple studios in London. i am confident in Ballet, modern and jazz and have recently been dancing in a street dance crew with wich i was in their crew for 6 months.

I can confidently roller skate and blade as i owned both as a kid. I can also ice skate fairly well.
