I am confident with my customer care skills as I have worked in two theatres that pride themselves on fantastic customer service. Through working as an administrator at a website last summer I proved I can handle responsibility and can absorb and apply information both rapidly and effectively. From studying Drama at University I have improved my confidence and developed the ability to take criticism constructively and evaluate my work in order to improve.
