I have worked within the Boots store and although my priority lied with promoting an oil of olay product, I often had to help customers with other products, this included fragrances and make up.

I have had to give numerous presentations within my degree and find i become rather anxious prior to giving the presentation, however I feel that I am always able to deliver when necessary. I am confident within this role and seem to accelerate within it.

Within my role in Outfit the store card was a huge pressure, I would have to talk to customers and sell the benefits of the store card. Once familiar with all of the benefits, I exceeded my weekly target and was often asked to train people on the best way to obtain new Outfit Card holders, due to my strong pitching technique. I found this enjoyable and used to love assisting with personal shopping.
