10/2007 - 05/2008: University of Bath European Society, PR Manager, Bath, UK My appointment to PR Manager for the University of Bath European Society involved organising and promoting the society’s events, such as themed socials, language exchange evenings and quiz nights. Whilst in this position I successfully set up a weekly event, “Night of the Foreign Tongues”, where language and Erasmus students had the opportunity to either practice new languages or enjoy a couple of hours speaking in their mother tongue. This proved exceptionally popular and even contributed to the society being nominated for Most Improved Activity Group and Best General Society Event at the annual University of Bath Activities Awards.

06/2006 – 07/2006: Eventis, Hostess - Dortmund World Cup Stadium, Germany Worked as part of an extensive team under a famous French catering company, welcoming, serving and corresponding with VIPs in both English and German during the German World Cup 2006. 11/2003 – 05/2005: San Rocco/School House, Waitress/Barmaid - Ashton-Under-Lyne, UK Busy managing a bar in a busy function facility/restaurant incorporating all aspects of catering. Often working under intense pressure in congested conditions.

04/2006 – 07/2006: Eventis, Hostess - Germany As a Hostess for Eventis I often worked at Roadshows all over Germany including Interzum at Koeln Messe in Cologne. After an initial briefing I promoted and informed guests about various product offerings on display.

Acted as a personal for wealthy individuals and local celebrities seeking everyday wear or clothing to high class events. Also assisted brides to be with coordination of their wedding party outfit selection. 09/2001 – 09/2005: Design Selection, Sales Assistant - Uppermill, UK Left in sole charge of managing a retail outlet for the proprietor. Including stock control, customer care, banking and costing for retail sales. 01/2004 – 03/2005: Next, Retail Assistant - Ashton-Under-Lyne, UK Employed as a Retail Assistant, actually ended up organising and managing the shop floor shift and stock control, directly answerable to the store/floor manager as shift leader.
