I was responsible for maintaining and further developing the Wrigley brand across a large territory, from independent retailers to supermarkets and wholesalers. This involves dealing with people at all levels to promote the company and its product range. May 02 – Jan 04 Working with company directors and site foremen to become involved in all areas of the business with this local new homes builder. The role was originally one of a part time sales office negotiator but developed to become a much wider ranging and more demanding position making me responsible for sales at all Truelove Homes developments. My involvement began at the very first stage of a development, from evaluating the feasibility of prospective sites and researching prices in surrounding areas to put together pricing structures for each development to dealing with customers on site and negotiating sales. With developments covering all sectors of the market I was accustomed to dealing with customers on all levels. Through my own initiative I worked beyond the requirements of the role to, for example, agree a lucrative link with a local firm of financial advisors, negotiated editorial features with publications such as Lincolnshire Today magazine to obtain maximum coverage for our developments, and arranged the design and printing of brochures on the properties. Overall raising the profile of a company that had never used these opportunities before. Negotiator, William H Brown Estate Agents, Lincoln May 00 - Apr 02 Sales Negotiator role encompassing all aspects of estate agency business in a busy working environment. I was responsible for dealing with all stages of the sales and lettings processes and from negotiating the sale to overcoming problems to achieve exchange of contracts or signing of tenancy. In addition to this I also co-ordinated the office's advertising.
