Completed a Northern Ireland wide auditing campaign for Vodafone to assess their POS and instore media marketing.

Have worked to commis chef level in the Hilton group while completing their management training programme. Have an in depth knowledge of food to a Michelin Star rstaurant level.

While working in Hilton, I began my hospitality career in Conference and Banqueting, and have managed events from 6 to 500 people.

Over the last few years I have completed several data capture activities for companies including IKEA and Diageo.

Smaller events have included managing a team of 6 in IKEA capturing information for their IKEA family card. Larger events I have managed would be conferences with up to 500 guests, weddings and gala dinner for up to 300 people and outside catering events for up to 250 people. At some points we would have teams of 40-50 personnel working for us.

As explained before, I have completed a management training programme with the Hilton Hotel Group, and have worked in management positions in various hotels, restaurants and bars since I competed the course in 2001.

Gillette had a roadshow running in 2004 and I was performing a security roll for the demo girls.

I have worked for a direct sales company called Cobra for 6 months selling door to door and also for a EPOS company for 6 months selling high end touch screen till systems business to business.

Coole Swann Liqueur won new spirit of the year at the international wine and spirit awards 2008, and from 2007 I completed several in store sampling events of the product in Tesco and Sainsbury stores. FSA sampling on their 'go lower' salt campaign in 2009.

Event Sec, one of Northern Irelands largest event security companies, have emplyed me since 2003 in security rols for festivals, and also arena events. Having managed bars I have also experience in the face to face side of premises security.

I have extensive experience in windows programmes, photoshop and image editing programmes from my Product Design HND, use of handheld PDA's to record data, and programming experience from working for an EPOS cmpany sellng and installing EPOS systems for hotels and restaurants.
