My Role
Provide quality field marketing and retail support services to retailers and brands for a variety of different clients, to improve product availability, maximise display compliance, increase brand awareness and evaluate quality of service and data capture for a number of clients.
Principal Accountabilities
• Duties include Product Merchandising, Compliance Audits, POS Placement, Promotional Set-Ups, Product Ordering, Stocktaking, Returns Management, Mystery Shopping, and One-Off Tactical Support.
• Responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines, with the ability to self-manage workload, organise and prioritise numerous duties, along with recording calls in a timely fashion in order to capture and relay data in real time to the clients, enabling them to analyse results and take proactive action where required.
• Carry out Customer evaluations and procurement, along with developing best practices for leading successful sales campaigns every time.
• Deliver an exceptional field marketing service "first time every time" with commitment and professionalism, acting as a true ambassador of the client at all times.

My Role
My role as an Air Cabin Crew member is to provide exceptional customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight and putting the at the heart of everything I do whilst on board.
Principal Accountabilities
• To ensure operational safety, security and health and safety responsibilities are performed to the highest standards and are compliant with EASA, Thomson Airways requirements and all other relevant legislation
• Ability to confidently deal with a variety of different challenges, emergencies or disruption on board, whilst remaining resilient, professional and with integrity at all times
• To proactively keep up to date with all relevant health and safety legislation, flight manuals, and service standards and procedures, as defined by Thomson Airways
• Maintain safety compliance at all times with Safety & Equipment Procedures
• To show respect and understanding of different cultures and backgrounds
• To be an effective communicator at all times, with the ability to deliver difficult messages with confidence
• Deliver world-class service excellence in line with Thompson Airways service standards and behaviours
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures in accordance with relevant legislation

Day to Day Work Actives
• Attend pre-flight briefings, during which air cabin crew are assigned working positions for the upcoming flight. Crew are also informed of flight details, the schedule and if there are passengers with any special requirements, such as diabetic passengers, passengers in wheelchairs or the number of infants on board
• Carry out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, ensuring that information in the seat pockets is up to date and that all meals, drinks and stock are on board
• Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats
• Inform fliers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensure that all hand luggage is securely stored away
• Check all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off
• Make onboard safety/service announcements and answer questions during the flight
• Serve meals and refreshments
• Promote the sale of duty-free goods and advise passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination
• Reassure passengers and ensue that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations
• Provide medical assistance where necessary;
• Ensure passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and check that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers and no stowaways or suspicious items on board
• Complete paperwork, including flight reports

Other Experience
I have a wealth of experience in completing audits across many high street vendors. I always work to a very high standard for the clients as I understand fully the importance of receiving accurate data. I have a good degree of IT literacy and my record of efficiency and timely reporting is often praised. I understand how important photos are to the client and always ensure they are to the exact requirements of the brief.
I approach compliance checking by ensuring I fully understand the objectives in the brief BEFORE I go into the store. If I have any questions I always ask first before completing any audits. I also ensure I have the correct equipment required for the job and ensure my route schedule is as economic as possible. Finally I am always 100% committed and am always keen to help out in unforeseen circumstances. All of this ensures I give myself plenty of time to complete the calls and ensures perfect results.
