I am a professional singer and actor with a background in managing pubs, entertaiment, promotions, sales and customer service. As an entertainments manager I increased customer satisfaction from 62% to 97% and had one of the strongest entertainment departments for Shearings Holidays. Whilst managing my family’s pub in Shropshire I increased turnover by encouraging upselling, product placement and implementing new ideas on stock control. I have organised charity concerts for Breakthrough Breast Cancer selling over 500 tickets and live cd’s making over £5000 for the Shropshire branch of the charity.
