I worked for BBC Children in Need in 2006 and helped out during the appeal night by dressing up as Pudsey for a couple of hours. I also did this in Costco when they hired the costume in 2007. I was able to engage with the children appropriately and without speaking, using lively actions and dance etc.

I have demonstrated food during a back to school campaign in Sainsbury's in 2008 and also tok part in their Taste the Difference campaign later that year and in 2009. I have worked in retail for the past 5 years too, in the past two years I worked as a Mac specialist in Apple, where I gained extensive experience demonstrating technology and software to a diverse consumer base.

I have organised and managed a number of charity events. Most recently was a Pink Party on behalf of CancerUK where we raised over £5000. I was part of the event team for my universities RAG society, and I individually managed Raid events which means organising teams of students to fundraise in fancy dress across train stations in London and also Glasgow and Manchester city centre.

Whilst at Costco, I worked on the fragrance counter for three consecutive christmas periods; I organised and demonstrated products to both male and female customers, and also learnt to position complimentary items to a purchaser.

Whilst at Apple I worked as a Concierge which is essentially a hospitality and customer service role; I can easily multi-task and utilise my resources in order to resolve and prevent issues. I am able to adapt my manner in order to relate and engage with every individual on a personal and appropriate basis. I have hosted a number of charity events whereby I was responsible for managing/co-ordinating the hospitality and experience of my guests.

I have leafleted for a vast number of clients including Colgate, the Conservative Party, Nescafe SpecSavers

I have merchandised shop floor stock, window displays and promotional campaigns during my retail career. These included centrally-administered guidelines and also on my own initiative.

I have modelled in university charity shows and for photographers portfolios

I am an accomplished public speaker; I represented my county 3 consecutive years as a main speaker in speech competitions. Deriving from this I presented a number of local and school competitions. I have also presented during charity events I organised.

My retail experience provides much of my sales experience and given the 5 years I spent in this environment I will confidently outline my competence and success in this area.

I have experience in food sampling as previously mentioned.

I hold a full Uk driving license and my own car

I have both Macintosh and PC skills including a strong understanding of basic software programmes on each

I worked at a creche as part of my Duke of Edinburgh Silver award for 6 months and did face painting as part of my role. I have also done this at various charity events I have organised

Although I have no professional qualifications, I have done make-up for two weddings (brides and bridesmaids) I regularly do make up for friends on a casual basis and my forte is eye shadow/eye design

I was a main speaker for a speech team at local and national level, as a team we won many competitions, and I was individually awarded 'Best Main Speaker' on four separate occasions

I enjoy fitness and leading an active lifestyle, as part of this I often go rollerblading, I am very confident having a numb er of years experience
