At the 2008 KBB Expo at Docklands Excel,I was part of the team which hosted and ran the exhibition we had 6000 visitors and 65 stand holders. The expo was a trade show for manufactuers of high end kitchens and bathrooms. My role was to make sure our guests and stand holders were aware of the events programs and health and safety issues. I also assisted in the setting up of the stands and the administrative and sales aspect in the lead up to the show.The show was a great success.

Auditing was aregular feature of my role at work in account mangement for Office Depot, Staples and Viking. I would capture data on stock levels and present back internally as well as reporting to clients on expenditure and buying patterns.

I worked as asous Chef for 3 months after leaving University at a local Hotel. I still enjy cooking and regularly host dinner parties with u 20 guests

Data capture is somthing Im ver familiar with as in prospecting for new clients in sales this is an everyday occurace, but ive also worked on this in exhibitions whilst creating mailing lists and surveys.

Ive demonstrated H.P and Toshiba laptops and also worked in sales in the mobile telecoms industry which required me to become familiar and be competant in demonstrating very regularly.

Ive manged a sales staff of 5 for Dotmobile a telecoms company working from a stand.My responsilities were to ensure that sales targets were met, to motivate them to achieve and exceed these K.P.Is and to make sure that credit cards and personal details were handled in a secure and confidential manor. Also a team of eight sales executive at Office Depot. My role was to train new recruits on how to cold call, how to implement and retain new account.

At Second Nature a greeting card manufactuerer I installed P.O.S materials and shelving units into retailers. I had to perform this quickly and effeciently as retailers did not want disturbance on the shop floor.

Ive worked in retail for many years whilst in education. Seven years at Sainsburies customer both on the shop floor and customer services. Ive also worked in Selfridges with fragrences.

Ive leafleted on many occasions as part of my sales role in the tele communications industry. I distributed leaflets across universities and outside retail outlets.

Ive merchandised in retailers such as Harrods Fortnum and Mason and Fenwicks for a greeting card company Second Nature. I have two years experience of this as the companies official merchandiser.

Ive worked as a mystery shopper for Dot mobile ensuring best practice was adhered to by the retail staff. I scored and presented back information on each site and followed a structure of investigation. I was trained on security of financial data and was epcificly watching to see if the sales force were following guidlines

Ive presented at the K.B.B. awards which is trade awards show for manufactuerers of kitchen and bathroom products. As a sales account manager I co-hosted the evning at the Grosvenor Hotel and made speeches and presented awards to guests.

As part of the University debating team,also presentations to clients through sales and internally to the manager I reported to presenting my sales results .Hosting an event which aimed to spread awareness of the benefits of the Olympic development to the residents of the borough of Stratford. I hosted a seminar which highlighted urban regeneration, employment opportunities andimproved infrastructure. Also fielding enquiries and questions from the public regardng this.

I have a set of both recreational and agressive style skates and enjoy skating as a sport on a regular basis.
