OUR BRAND SERVICES

Our Brand Services provide an opportunity for you to advertise to Agencies that are registered with us and who may be able to help with your promotion or event. You can find further details about our Brands Services at FAQs.

On registration with us for our Brand Services you agree to comply with our Terms of Website Use and to our Acceptable Use Policy.

We ask you to complete our Tender Form each time you wish to use our Brand Services. Each Tender Form shall constitute an offer to advertise to Agencies registered with us. We may request further information in respect of any Tender Form that you submit or reject it at our absolute discretion.

If we accept your Tender Form then you consent to the publication of your requirements to Agencies and to the use of your name and any trade marks or service marks of yours whether registered or not for use in connection with providing our services and promoting and advertising them to other users or third parties who may be interested in our services.

The information that you provide on registration and on submitting a Tender Form is important and must be true and accurate. You must keep that information up to date whether through our site or by notifying us in writing.

YOUR INFORMATION

We will deal with any personal data that we collect from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy in so far as it is applicable.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

You agree to comply with all data protection laws and privacy laws as may be in force from time to time in relation to individuals introduced to you by us or through our site.

WAIVER

Any waiver, delay or failure in our enforcing or requiring compliance of any term or provision of these terms or of our Terms of Website Use shall not prevent us from subsequently requiring compliance with any such term or provision.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision of the these Brand terms and conditions or of our Terms of Website Use are held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, then the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms or provisions shall not be affected.

LIABILITY

StuckForStaff.co.ukTM makes no statement or representation as to the suitability or quality of any Agency who may contact you as a result of your use of this service and StuckForStaff.co.ukTM are not responsible for any acts or omissions of any such Agency.

All warranties, conditions or other terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law but this does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

These terms shall not be enforceable by a person who is not party to them.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable to you in respect of anything that may constitute breach of this agreement arising by reason of force majeure including (without limitation) fire, flood, accident, acts of terrorism, telecommunications and utilities failure, civil unrest, riot, war, act of God, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any licence or consent), theft, malicious damage and any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
