The ratings system enables you to rate staff members based on the work they have done for
you. It also gives you better quality control when screening staff or booking them on work. It allows you as an
employer to see who has worked well for you in the past and also how they have worked for
others. Please get familiar with the following points before proceeding:
- Mark staff with a credit, neutral or strike.
- Each staff member can only have one rating per agency
- you can overwrite the rating at any time.
- If the staff awaiting ratings exceed
you will not be able to view any ratings until they are cleared.
RATINGS are simple and quick and provides a valuable solution when recruiting field people. Get an idea of peoples strengths before booking them. You can search Staff Ratings or rate staff any time!
RATING Staff
Staff may 'Request a Rating' for work they have performed for you. You will find these requests on your Ratings page. A simple click will issue that rating…if you make a mistake simply search for the staff and re-rate them.
You can also rate staff at any time but you must add them to be rated first. You can select a staff member either by locating them through the 'Ratings Search' or from their profile on the 'Lastminute Availability'. Once selected, they will appear on your Ratings page until you have rated them.
RATINGS Search
This will allow you to type in a Staff member’s name (full or part) and view their RATINGS. You can see YOUR previous Rating if you have made one, and which other Agencies have also rated and when. The Ratings Search allows you to locate staff by any part or their name. The more accurate the search term, the more accurate the results.
