I worked for Mothercare on a launch day as Assistant Event Manager. It involved helping to manage approximately 6 people for an all day event. This included handing out freebies, face painting and holding a raffle in store.

Event Management

I worked on a promotion event for Proplan dog food, which was a small event being held at pet and country stores. It involved managing a small team including a veterinary nurse, photographer and face painter. I had to liase with store manager and make sure everything ran smoothly. I worked on two of these events. I also worked for Cancer Research UK as an Events Assistant for 6 months. Part of this job entailed working on Race for Life events and maanging part of the event. This could be managing the start and finish or the course.

I have worked frequently at exhibitions in Melbourne, particularly fitness and health exhibitions promoting Slendierslim noodles.
