Stuck For Staff Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates StuckForStaff.com. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this platform. Our registered office is at 11-12 Hallmark Trading Centre, Fourth Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0LB.

2. What information we collect

Account information: When you register we collect your name, email address, and password. Depending on your account type we may also collect your telephone number, postal address, company name, website, and professional information such as measurements, availability and work history (for promotional staff).

Usage information: We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, searches made, and actions taken.

Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your card details. We retain records of transactions (amount, date, product purchased) for accounting and support purposes.

Communications: If you contact us or submit a tender brief, we retain the content of that communication.

Technical data: We collect standard log data including your IP address, browser type and device information.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Other platform users: Staff profiles are visible to registered agencies. Tender contact details are shared with agencies on approval of a tender brief.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services to operate the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery, payment processing). These processors act on our instructions and are subject to data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.

5. How long we keep your data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically 6 years for financial records).

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Erase your data in certain circumstances
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Restrict processing in certain circumstances

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would, however, welcome the opportunity to resolve any concern directly - please contact us first.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
